Challenge
We first met with the client in late 2003, and we still stick together in a long lasting partnership. Pioneering the enterprise IT&C security solutions providing industry ever since. It was literary shaping it, the way it’s today, we helped them back than and we continue doing so. Starting up as a working entity of the larger Best Computers group, later acquired by RTC Holding, the company became independent after the merger. Five years after, it is still leading the market it helped shaping; but with a different focus: -the technology oriented business grew up to be a leading, pro-active consultant. Solution As the industry grew larger and the public became more aware and educated in the matter, there was a need for a focus change: from teacher, to consultant, from technology to communication. As the focus changed so did the values and the brand evolved and matured. A rebranding was due to happen, the pioneer became the wise leader. We’ve assisted the client’s marketing department in developing the new identity, strategy and managing the rebranding process. Afterwards we started designing everything from stationary to website, with the whole consulting and research package included. The new communication strategy is simpler, based on efficiency and clarity of the information presented. Technical concepts and extensive information were intentionally left behind when our secret ingredient “visual simplification” was put in the mix. Valuable insights, bulleted information and advantages became the rule in corporate communication. |
