  Solution

  The company, due to the nature of the service, developed most of its business activities online. Therefore they needed a strong web presence to deliver all communication objectives: brand awareness, service awareness, product information and the most important call-to-action of the web site the back-office solution.

  Designing the interface was not an easy task to accomplish considering the technical implications. The creative direction was to mix the online branding elements with the webcaster solution.

  A great deal of effort was emulating the business models into the back-office solution, in order to act as the personal assistant of the user. Analyzing the great number of requests and a positive feedback of the clients we can proudly say “task accomplished”.
